RC Monster processing time?

What is the standard processing time for orders? I have dealt with amain and impaktrc and both get the item out the next day or even same day, my last transaction with rc monster for an FLM case was processed just as quick

Am a bit concerned now I have just ordered a FLM diff and MM Pro esc (Order 10015482) and nothing seems to be showing in processing. $221 USD is a LOT for me, so I can be a bit highly strung about it. Were both items in stock and when will they ship?

*Nervously twiddling his thumbs....*

..am a bit on edge after being caught by hobbycity and rcmart so pls respond asap!

I believe Mike is away a the Ihobby show and probably has someone filling in to process orders so its probably taking longer than normal. Rest assured your order WILL get filled, I ordered an MMP on Sat and recieved a shipping notification on early Tuesday am, so orders are going out. See below quote from the website.

"***Attention RC-Monster Customers****

I will be away for the IHobby Expo in Chicago from Tuesday 10/20 until Thursday 10/29. Orders will still be processed in my absence, however, support related emails will be delayed. If you place an order and send an email regarding the order it will be handled as always, but support related emails will be answered upon my return. Thanks for your support and if anyone in the Chicago area would like to stop by and see our booth, we would love to see you!

I hope so... with EMS to Australia a one day delay in processing can dictate whether I get the item next week or the week after.

And I am just not very good when it comes to slow order processing, been scammed by a few stores in my time, so now it just turns a fun hobby into something I lose sleep over which isn't good :(

I have placed several orders when Mike has been away....if he did not post that he was away. I would not have ever known. No worries....who ever is watching the shop will take good care of you.

Sorry to hear about your delay in processing, but rest assure that RCMonster is a very reputable R/C business and whatever you place an order for will ship to you within a reasonable time for sure. Like stated MonsterMike has been out of the area due to an event, so anyone can expect that some things will not run exactly as Mike might like, but still his reputation is top notch from all of our experiences. Be patient and you can also email Mike directly if you have concerns and I am sure that he will answer your query as soon as he is back in the shop. Good luck with your worries Sir.
