i run a MMM 2200kv combo with an e-maxx 3905 tranny.
you will need better diffs

also...the tekin RX8 also looks promising...but i'm a castle fanboy and love their customer service..even to international customers!!:mdr:

I`m running MMM 2200kv combo in my E-revo with two SMC 9000 2S batteries.

I run a mmm/2200 in a E-revo.

i was running the castle hv110 with a neu 1515 2.5d but i wanted alittle more top end so i changed the motor to the CC2200 in my revo platinum conversion

on 5cell lipo

I run the MMM combo that came with my E-Revo Brushless Edition. Well not really, the original MMM is in a box ever since I ran it with two 5S lipos accidentally plugged in series. It still runs fine but I was told that I might have blown the TVS device in it so I ordered a new MMM combo and that's what I run now.

i think i might go with the 2200kv system and has anybody tryed to put a losi 8ight-t 2.0 body on a revo 3.3?

someone at my local track has a 8-T2 body on a revo...but it looks bad :lol:

35-40mph .......... depends on how bad the tekno clutch is slipping

thats sit?i thought it would be like 50mph like the erevo brushless

it all depends on the gear ratios and what motor mount you get

with the tekno mount you have to use a clutch so you will be limited to a max gearing of 17/36

i have close ratio gears in mine (i track race, not bash)

i run 5 cell lipo

with revo responce tires (5.1 in tall)

you end up with a top speed of 41mph.............but, the clutch will slip,the slipper will slip,your batteries wont hold 18.5v under load and many other things factor into lowering your top speed and you end up running alittle over 35mph :lol:


a revo conversion can be pushed to almost 100mph with the castle 2200 motor,6cell lipo, e-revo transmission and foam tires............. just depends on what you $ want to spend :diablo:
