Quick Quark Question

I will be running it with an external bec and want to know if I can solder the on/off switch at the board so it is permenantly on. Will this have any adverse affect on power up?

I have not soldered the wires together specifically, but I do leave the switch in the ON position when I connect and disconnect the packs and there have been no issues. Soldering the wires together would maybe make programming a PITA, but if it's already programmed, then that's not a big deal.
