Deans to Tamiya adapters

WIth all the different trucks that I have, I'm really feeling the pinch on trying to resolder ALL of my wires to deans plugs. I've got my Emaxx converted, and my E-Revo will be deans, and possibly the stampede, but I dont really feel like doing all the rest of them. Is there an adapter that I could buy to use on my charger that would allow me to charge my non-deans batteries? Or am I just being too dang lazy? Maybe I should just sell off the rest of them (dont really have time for 'em all anyway).....

i would say just make your own they arent to hard to make

I would switch all of them over - the deans connection is by far a better connection - and the better connection the better transfer of voltage from the batt to the speed controller..

If you don't like to solder. Look into some power pole connectors. You don't have to solder and the are rated pretty decent. They do have a few draw backs but some positives to.

I'm with HnC on this. Making adaptors can work, but the weakest link will be the weakest connector. Not only do the motors see less voltage because of the connector, that voltage drop also generates power which can heat up and melt the Tamiyas. Soldering them only takes a couple of minutes, but then you can be sure to have a superior connection. The biggest downside is the cost of the Deans.

I made an adaptor only so I can charge various connector batteries on my SuperBrain 959.

I'm going to make an adapter - the cost and time involved with my other trucks just isnt worth it for stock rigs - you'd never see the difference.
