Want to form a 1/8 ep Club/federation in Asia
 

Hi, i think besides US, Singapore is the only asia country having monthly 1/8 EP races.

I am the founder of Singapore 1/8 ep off road. I was thinking how to promote this hobby in asia like how ROAR & IFMAR do it.

I organise races with my track owner.

I would love to race in US but its too far & too expensive. But if i can create 1/8 ep off road races in asia like malaysia, indonesia & china then we can travel to race & get more exposure.

Any ideas how to help me?

They have races in Manila and here in Japan.

Yes Manila is only buggies, japan I m not sure. But japan is also too expensive to go.

I like FEMA, ROAR or IFEMA type of big races which I dun see in asia. I know roar has ep 1/8 in US.

China has races but not monthly.

Where are you located in Singapore? I'm taking my family to Singapore next Monday for a vacation. Where do you race at? Please elt me know so I can try your track when our ship (USS George Washington) visits Singapore again next year. We were there last August.

I am located at hougang, Singapore is very small only 45mins length. Our track is not as good as US it's at turf city bukit timah. U coming nxt week?May need a stand at amain if u dun mind.

I'm currently stationed here in Japan. Like you, I buy most of my stuff from Amain hobbies. I had been to Bukit timah back in 945-95 I think. I'm just taking my family for a vacation next week so they can say that they had been to Singapore hehehe. We'll be staying at Sentosa.

I don't have the URL for the japan stuff. The track is located in CHiba and I think it's owned by Futaba.
