Congratulations!

I think you'll be pleased with them.

What do you plan on running them in and what is your setup?

Fast5sRevo88 01.09.2010 03:30 PM

Well, right now i will just run them in my VXL Rusty for now, but i see a 6s Erevo or Flux in my future:wink:.

If I still have my Flux, thats what i'll be getting this spring. No more overpriced and touchy SMC's for me

Just make sure you have the same amount of cycles on all the batteries. Running a new battery and an older battery in series is not really a good idea.

That's good advice.

I would number them and rotate.

Fast5sRevo88 01.13.2010 03:52 PM

Will do, anyway i recieved them today, only a week and a half after i ordered them:yipi:. I just realized they have different balance plugs from my Polys, what are they? Align?

lincpimp 01.13.2010 04:33 PM

Yep jst/align plugs. Same pin spacing as the polyquest.

I think the only parts he has left "unused" is the voice box...

Fast5sRevo88 01.13.2010 08:47 PM

That's fine, i usually buy used anyway:lol:. Well i just ordered the XH adapter for my hyperion charger from MonsterMike, so i will be a few days before i can put a charge on them. Although i can't balance them, should i put a few amps in them, or do they come a little charged to start with? Since these aren't Shitamps i am assuming that these aren't dead on arrival. One time i did order a Trashamps and didn't charge it immediately and it was dead when i tried to charge it.

Have it your way. LOL You can put some amps in if you want, but they usually come with the cell voltage sitting around 3.85 volts per cell. About 50% charged.
