You won't have any durability issues with the chassis. It is designed very well and is super strong from pretty much any angle. If you plan on hitting trees and stuff (I am sure you don't plan on it, but if it may happen where you drive) you will probably want to stick with a plastic suspension. the aluminum suspensions are pretty tough, but once they are bent, they are bent. If you are doing big jumps and stuff, but not likely to hit objects, the aluminum suspension is ideal.

well no trees in my future but there is some hard spills and also some nose dives off a roof.. so what do you say about that?
If you nose dive off a roof, something has to give! If you land on the wheels, everything will hold up fine. Hard spills will happen and things should hold up fine. It all depends on how you hit things sometimes, too. You could take 10 spectacular crashes without hurting anything and then one crash takes out some parts. If you try to break things, it is possible. If you are simply running it hard and not trying to break it, it will hold up very well.

okay so for me do you think plastic or aluminum? i decided plastic BUMPERS so now i just need to know about ARMS
Pro-line plastic arms are probably the toughest suspension arms I have seen. After that, rpm makes nice plastic. Otherwise, the aluminum stuff as long as you don't hit things a lot. The stock plastic will break pretty easily, too.
well no trees or curbs where i bash cause i am in the country. i will be doing a couple shots of me bashing on a roof maybe 15 feet tall and my roof is maybe 10 feet tall that i am goiing to jumo off. so i guess PLASTIC???? i might get aluminum for other stuff... dang it this is hard

The aluminum will hold up fine for the jumps and stuff.
how much does it cost for a replacment arm?
what arm are you talking about?
like a suspension arm.. upper lower if i bend or break one
I don't carry the individual arms, but George does I believe. Currently, there is no option for dealers to carry the individual parts.
do you know of the price?
Not off hand. Check the website: www.gorillamaxx.com

You wont have problems with the parts. I did a full on bash session with my truck and it held up well. The only problem that I encounter was a large rutt. My rear tire it it and manage to twist and I mean twist my rear upper and lower arms. But I managed to set it back in place.
