I was browsing around Youtube when I stumbled across this guy's vids. He has a whole collection of pretty interesting hacks/mods. Most, if not all, are things anyone can do. Some are kinda useless, but after watching some, I came up with several other ideas. Anyway, his site is http://kipkay.com/ for those with a few minutes to spare.
