Holey Moley

Holey Moley, Woke up this morning and went out to walk the dog and found that we had got about 6" of snow and about 1/2" of ice on top of that:gasp:
Made walking a little interesting. My dog having four paw drive got much better traction than I and she seemed to very happy with it all so she wound up pulling me across the ice like a sled dog:whip: (zoom zoom) That was fun till I broke trough the ice and busted my arce with my wife watching out the window:rofl:
Come on spring

It's a much different snow and environment than what you see up in Sask. The closer you get to large bodies of water, the heavier and wetter the snow is, and the icier it gets. Then you add more hills to the terrain, and it gets nasty - and makes for good videos!!!
I thought much the same thing after I moved from Montana to Seattle. It was an eye opener for me when I first thought everone else was a moron for not being able to get around in it...
