mbx6T or RC8T factory team?
unfortunately, I could only keep one. Which would be better for elec. conversion? also which conversion would be better for eachother?
Both are NIB and If I decide one of them, then would anyone buy the other one? LOL. Thanks.. |

As for conversions.....you can't go wrong with either one. I would suggest the one you can get parts most easily for. MBX6T is a nice truggy and is fast....but so is the RC8t.....look what Ryan Mayfield is doing with it. |
I was making the same decision. RC8T CE or MBX6T.
I went for Mugen since there are quite a few things I do not like on RC8 Front kingpin bushings are stupid and hard to keep in place Too many spacers for setting geometry Lower shock mounting Sway bar mounts Chassis mud guards are too low On mugen I do not like carbon shock towers but I was willing to spend extra $100 for aluminum ones. |
$375 for 8T and 450 for mugen. I think i will go w/ mugen as well. I think it has better part quality..

i just sold the 8T. I didnt mean to use this as a selling forum, but somehow it endup being that way. Sorry Mike if I have violated the rules, but it wasnt intentional.
Anyways, I guess I have to go w/ Mugen w/ Mike's kit. Which KV motor is best for bashing and racing w/ 6S? |
6S - > 1400kv
|
My vote is mugen...but I am partial due to the fact that I have a mbx5 and mbx5t. Both are built like tanks

Seems rather low, what gearing are you using?

i use 5S and 1700kv motor 46/16 gearing. with the same gearing 6S and 1400kv seems to be about right for 40mph. however I am a racer so i dont care about insane speeds. 40mph is enough for racing.
