How can i contact Mike fromm RC Monsters??
Hi to all
Let me tell you first of all that i`m from Spain, so my English isn`correct, soy i read all the time the forums, but i can`t post or answer. About my question, the problem to contact Mike is as follows. I placed an order on Jan 31 (selecting the fastest shipping method and paying with Paypal) of a couple of chassis, one tranny forward conversion and one Savage Flux FLM Chassis. As all the other times i placed an order, directly or with other people, the orders was shipped the very next day. In this case, after a couple of days i didn`t get any answer..... untill Feb 3, i got amail just to tell me that my order will be shipped directly form FLM. After this incredible mail i`ve trying to contact with mike, but didn`t get any answer. I don`t know anything about my order or about Mike. So, i`d like to know if there`s other way to contact mike in order to solve my problem, cause i`m very interested in receiving the chassis as soon as possible (so i selected the fastest shipping). I`ll try to send him a mail from other email account, to see if there`s an antispam problem, cause i can`t imagine other reason. Thanks to all for reading and for your help This is, of course, not badtalking about Mike and RC-monster. I`m very satisfied with the customer service. |
Sounds very similar to my story. Maybe Mike will see this and come back to you, otherwise try to send him a PM.
I also have a few items send directly from FLM, but I am not quite sure if they have shipped out yet, but the rest of my stuff shipped wednesday. |

As i see, is the same problem.... The only think i know is that i didn`t receive the tracking code or shipping notification, so it means obviously that still are in FLM. I`ve mailed Mike from my gmail account. Let`s see if he can see my mail. More notices to come |

Jamie (FLM) and Mike (RC-Monster) work very closely together - Jamie does some of Mike's machining.
As Jamie's range has increased it must get hard for Mike to stock everything that FLM has - Mike was probably trying t speed things up by shipping directly from FLM. I'm sure mike will see this.... |

I`ve just received a mail from Mike to tell me that the delay is due to the machining process. Thanks to all for your replys and your help. |

agreed, i messed up my order and ordered one of the stock battery trays when i need a custom one made and to send this one back, Get at me when u can Mike, no big rush it was my mistake!
