motor for 2s help?
 

Hey guys finished with racing since it put me in a hole with $$. Im buying the hyper mini st-e to messaround with and it will only be used for bashing. I'm trying to find a sick setup on 2s lipo but am getting scared cause everyone uses 3s lipos. The 2 motor systems I have in mind would be a MM/Fiegio 7s 540motor or a Novak hvpro 6.5 combo!! Which would be better for bashng and most fun out of the 2? Or is there something more poerful?

I would combine those two setups you have mentioned. Use the MM esc and a HV motor, the HV 4.5 is a great motor in these little truggies on 2s. I ran one in my CRT.5 until I got a Medusa and both motors ran stone cold and have good power. The Novak esc is worthless IMO though.

will that have alot of power and the best I can do or a medusa? ??? better then a 6.5hv or a feigio 7s 540?

Medusa is far better than feigao and novak, medusa is a 4 pole motor vs 2 pole. However Medusa is outta business. If you already have the hv6.5 u could use it but the 4.5 would be better suited for 2s use. The mm or mmpro would be the esc of choice, if you have the money to a Neu 1509 would be a great motor, don't know the wind off hand but something between 4-5000 RPMs

I think im just going to wire ny 4 2s lipos in series..this way i will have 4s lipos...would that be better then a mm/hv 4.5/2s? I really dont care how much power cause im bashing and wanna hve fun..whats a good setup for 4s?
