damn you east coast storms and rc8t ?'s

so i finally decide to go 1/8th scale, so i order up my rc monster rc8t full conv, and guess what, i decide to order right before storms lock down the area, everything else will be here tomorrow(it's now at post office) and my chassis is stuck in jersey, mike got it out quick and now it seems stuck(according to tracking) damn my luck, the only good thing is i have a test tomorrow, and now have no choice but to study

oh well i've waited years to go 1/8th couple more days... dammit:diablo:

Feels like I haven't stopped shoveling since Saturday. 40"+ of snow in a week.

Why let a little thing like snow bother you? I have had a blast playing with my E-MAXX this winter, so glad I bought another one. Planning on keeping this one awhile, Stock electronics are out and a waterproofed MMM/70mm Medusa are in. Not going for speed just reliability and runtime and I have succeeded. Anything more than 3-4" without a hard surface under it isn't driveable but I have been driving the hell out of it and love it!

Here in the Syracuse, NY area we have just missed these last storms, we got a few inches last night and a few more during the day but we are still measuring inces, not feet.

Finnster - 40"+ in a week is nothing! Back when in March of 1993 we had a storm dump over 4' in less than 24 hrs. I think 3 years ago on Valentines day we got hit with 2-3' in a day, it was enough that when I pulled into my parking lot and opened the door on my lifted Ram I was pushing snow with the door. I say be thankful that 40" was spread out over a week and not in a day!
