XXL LST finally...super slow build!!
So I finally got some progress on my XXL. I got this stuff together around Christmas. Here are some pics in the current stage. I have some different wheel/tires I will soon put on, and a new Boulder Body by proline. I dont know how I am going to like the body though. Anyway....

How bout some specs on what parts you used, both mechanical and electronics?

I agree.
Was this a brand new XXL? if not it looks super clean! Nice conversion! |

nice and clean! hows it run?
|
Sorry guys it was late. Its a new XXL conversion with TDR conversion and the Castle/neu 1520. It was not a difficult conversion its just I work a lot of hours and I really took my time.
I have yet to really run it yet as I have some more plans for it. I can say that just running it around my living room tile I was happier then a 4yr old on christmas morning. I love its size with the huge tires. |

Is that the TDR single speed conversion hub? What spur is that? 5S or 6S? Gearing? |
It's On 6S, I counted the balance wires XD
I hope that my XXL will look like this in a year or so! |
The particulars::lol:
63T Titanium Spur 25T Hardened Pinion 22.2 Volt 4400mah Neu Lipo |
Working on a new body as we speak.....its a bit too stock for my taste. In my typical style, when I start to actually run it I will beat the snot out of the stocker stuff body/wheels ect, and have shelfer body/wheels. I wanted to have the body done tonight but its been a slow go of it.

we should race your lst against my savage flux over at the silver bowl racetrack (near sam boyd stadium) one weekend. i had my flux there last weekend and for a top-heavy mt, it didn't do half bad.
