Hope you like so far..........

Did you machine the spacers for the LST diffs or have someone make them? Would love to have some like that to replace the pipe pieces that are cobbled together on mine...
|
Looks good so far
I like the job you did on the bulks to neatly install the LST diffs. I hope you're not building a bash truck because with all these nice/strong parts around the bulks, these ones won't hold out a long time  |
I made them myself, in my spare time. It's taken me a good long while to get it to this point because there isn't much of that spare time.
|
That looks great! Love the CF and custom spacers!
|
any way I could get you to make me some of those LST spacers? name the price$$$$$$$$$
|
I'll sell ya a complete 3905 maxx with lst diffs already in it...

The factory bulkheads are for mook-up, aftermarket one's are same specs. Im sorry I cant make any more too much time involved , maybe see if RCM would make them I could give them the specs. Pictures are in rough stage just an update.

Some new pictures for you all. Everything is in rough form. It still needs lightened, rounded , drilled and taped and carbon fiber upper plates and chassis. Hope you all like what I've done so far

Sorry for the wait, it's been slow going, pesty work keeps getting in the way of my hobbies. Well for beginers the gear box has changed . I changed the motor side to acomodate the carbon fiber top plate and to make it look a little better too. The next change was the front bracing that keeps the diff from roatating, to a cradle type.
Before I start cutting the CF chassis I would like to put sides on the chassis like Cody on his Savage project, but i dont know where there from. And the last issue to slove is the steering. I want the servo to be behind and more centered ,unlike a more traditonal E-maxx where its hangs out off to the side. So I need to find a good servo saver that is 180 degrees off rather 90 degrees that will mount on e-maxx shaft. Hope you all like the progress so far. |
