Are they the same with the old 20C PQ packs?

Yes they're the enderland cells,same as the flightpwer,more like 16C in reality,there's no real industry standard for testing but they are on a par with other 20c cells.I'll let you knw how they perform as soon as the weather dries up,tomorrow hopefully.

Yeah,it's hardly scientific though,it's just me going 'ooh, that was fast' lol.I'll try to do some gps runs tomorrow with the LST 8s setup,i just finished the LST yesterday so i'll probably take some pics and start a thread.Also got losi MF2 on 3s with basic4200 and 4s with 1920/10,all with those cells,(3300s 'cause they fit in the losi,3700s are too long)
