Remove fuel tank, rx box, nitro motor mount and carbon servo brace. Then get the RC Monster motor mount, new battery tray and finally cut the carbon servo mount to accommodate 1 steering servo ...
The RCM motor mount replaces the rear center diff support...one piece unit. Battery tray size will depend on what size batts you want. Mike sells a # of different sizes in the store, but you can get a custom one made to specific sizes if you want..there is an option for that |

Well it depends on what you want to do with the buggy, your budget, how many cells, sensored or sensorless set ups, etc.
A basic 4s set up w/a Tekin Rx8 esc and a 2050kv motor will do nicely ( sensored set up ) On 5s a MMM or MMpro w/a 1512 1.5y 1800kv castle motor would also do nicely Those are just 2 examples depending on what exactly you want to do |

You could get the motor, ESC, and lipos for $300-400, but that still leaves radio system, servo, charger, conversion kit, other misc running gear (unless you already have some of this).
You could do what I did for my F8T setup, buy one or two pieces at a time until you have accumulated all required parts. It will definitely test your patience, but when it all comes together you'll be glad you did things right rather than rushing it and buying cheap gear just to get up and running immediately. |

You could pick most of your radio gear second hand which would save you some money as well. |
