hot motor , hot batts, cool to sl. warm controller need advise
 

hi guys any input for my set up shulze 18.97 runs cool to only barely warm, 8 XL hot, batts 16 cells gp 3300 hot, i dont have a temp gun to check real temps i only go by touching it thanks for any input, geared 16/51 strobe slipper on racebomb emaxx

Well it don't take much for it to feel hot. It is really a good idea to get a temp gun. The gearing seems to be right. do you have a fan on the esc? What about tires and diff do you run?
