Shortest RCM Motor mount??
 

In my quest to design a center diff installation for my LST project, I need to know what the shortest center diff RCM mount height is. I currently have it modeled up using my 8T RCM mount, but that is a fairly tall one (I know it was about .200 taller than my Muggy mount).
Any help?

They all mount the motor at basically the same height(barring mud guard clearance concerns like the Losi or 808). The Muggy is probably the shortest or one of the shortest in terms of the motor mounting height simply because there is no mud guard to clear, so it only had to clear the 44mm Neu motor and nothing else. As far as Total height - I don't really know - the height on all the mounts basically matches the original bulk it replaces(except the Losi, which has an inverted diff and was therefore raised). If I had to guess on the actual shortest, it would probably be the LRP mount.

Any guess on when your next run on the Muggy mounts might be? Look to be out of stock right now. Same question on the hardened steel diff cups for the slipperential.

Both these items are now available - The muggy mounts are now Black anodized 7075 aluminum, too. :)
