My latest "AWESOME" addition to my G-Maxx Supermaxx...

The absolute best gears ever created for the 3906 E-Maxx transmission, the Ultramaxxed GenIII E-Maxx Gears! Basically, these are OTB gears for the E-Maxx...BNighs, the creator of OTB, helped Ultramaxxed with the aluminum and brass alloys for these gears, so they are every bit as strong and durable as the OTB gears made for the nitro T-Maxx. Plus, they are even more rare than the OTBs, so that makes them even cooler! Add the fact that I found a brand-new set, and you have a very happy Chad!

Of course, I will only be using the 2nd-speed gears in the G-Maxx Single-Speed converted transmission in my Supermaxx, but I am going to customize another transmission to run the 1st-speed gears in the same style G-Maxx Single-Speed converted transmission.

To achieve this you will more than likely just have to make a new tranny case from scratch. The idler gear placement will be in the wrong spot if you don't.

I can't believe there are brand new sets of these gears still around. Good find.

Yea, I was stunned when I found these for sale, and snatched them up as fast as I could!

As far as modifying a transmission to run the 1st-speed gears, I already have a plan for that...I will use a stock G-Maxx Single-Speed Conversion and a stock aluminum half-case. I am going to mill away the old idler-shaft mounts and mill new ones in the correct location to run the 1st-speed gears in the same place the 2nd-speed gears originally go.

Nice find!!!
Did you paid a lot for them?
I found a set too last summer for little less than $100.

Those will fit the stock emaxx tranny case.

Hey Chad, you're wanted over at UE.

Why not a center diff?

Chadworkz 04.23.2010 10:07 AM

I like the transmission with the parts typically found on a Supermaxx: Strobe Slipper, Strobe Sprong, UE 51T Steel Spur, Ultramaxxed/OTB Transmission Gears, etc..

Lito, I am banned over on the UE Forum, so I can't go there. If you can get me unbanned I can come see what's up. PM me and let me know what the deal is.
