How to bind a spektrum reciever?

i am using a KO EX10 tx n spektrum module. I am using SR3300T rx. How do i bind it?

i check with spektrum website which is below.

http://www.spektrumrc.com/ProdInfo/F...structions.pdf

but it doesnt seems to work.

From what i understand is i will switch on the rx first with the bind plug then turn on my tx pressing the bind button then it will bind.

do i need to off the rx n remove the bind plug n turn on again?

or i remove the bind plug wo switching off?

When I setup my dx6i, I plugged in the bind plug, connected up an rx pack ( no esc connected or anything ), then held the bind switch on the tx and turned the tx on. It took two attempts, but on the 2nd go I got the rx bound to the tx and its been fine since. You might just need to try an rx pack to power the rx, rather than using an esc to supply power. Once its bound you can remove the bind plug.
