Spc or smc lipos

Hello my rc-friends:)
Donīt know if the spc 8000mah 20c, the smc 8000mah 28c or the smc 9000mah 28c will be best for my e-revo, there is a difference in price to. Or if there is any other you can recommend.
I have zippys now and they work but want something better, turnigy I have had and they where dead when I got them so something else.
Any input as to which is more punch, bang for buck, run cooler more speed is much appreciated.
Thanks so much boys and girls

I have the 9000's and the SPC 8000's. I got a couple sets of the 9000's when they were first released. I pushed them very hard, 60mph in my E-revo, and they handled it, but they lost capacity and punch quicker then I liked, 50-75 cycles or so. SMC offered a discount on new packs, even after a year, time will tell how they play out. I also have some of the SPC's , they are very good packs. They are light, small enough to fit in alot of battery trays, provide great punch, and pull capacity. Using 24/65 gearing, and Mashers, they pull 49.8 mph, the SMC's pull 51.1 . By comparison my Neu 7800 25c's, 2 3900's parallel, run 46mph.

So I plan on running the SPC's from now on. I've always had great luck with them , and the value they offer is very high.

i always opt for the higher C rated pack if the mah is similiar. as a rule of thumb, i try to use atleast 30C whenever i run my monster trucks. however, 28 is close enough. i'd go for the SMC.

hyperion also makes great packs.
