mod1 gear size to 32p gear size

what would size would a 10t mod1 pinion be if it was in 32p....14t?16?

It would come out at a 12.6t pinion, if the pitch circle diameter is the same. ie, if the outer diameter is the same. So I guess a 13t pinion would be closest
