guys..need help setting up hyperion duo and LB10A balancer

ok..just bought the LBA balancer and the new 615i hyperion duo charger. I have the 1210 hyperion charger version already so I am no stranger to the basic setup of the system. So, first, the balancer will not got into li-po mode..it wants to stay in A123 mode. How do I adjust it back to li-po mode? The directions state that it should have been in li-po mode from the factory.

I am used to just plugging the battery into the balancer and done..now with the LBA, is it the same set up or I am missing something? On the box of the charger it shows the adapter board plugged into the charger directly. So am I wrong in plugging the adapter board into the balancer and then the balancer into the chargers output plugs?

The directions for the balancer & charger are not as clear as I would have liked.

any help guys will be greatly appreciated.

615i has a built in balancer so no need for the LBA 10 anymore... You can connect the tap board straight into the charger...

FYI To swap modes on lba10 when you plug it in hold the mode button down and it will swap to lipo mode... Then press quickly to go into charge mode and press start on charger...

LMK if you want me to talk you though on phone...

thanks Chris. I did not realize that no balancer was needed w/the 615i. sweet! Of course I now have 2 LBA10's

hard to believe that those small balance wires can handle up to 10amps

They don't the balance wires are sucking off maybe 100-200mah max as needed... If the balancer can't keep up the charger will throttle back the charge...
