Just makes me think of what could be done with one of the bigger electrics and 36 volts. Love those outrunners, so cool to watch in motion.

I am thinking this may become a winter project. Thinking about it I am sure one of the scooters I have is made out of steel, making the welding a hell of a lot easier. That and it has a hallow kickplate that would be perfect for mounting the electronics and batteries.

Does anyone make a mechanical brushless speed control? I would not want to be at the mercy of someone else using a remote!

Esc's work of a positive/negative/signal how hard would it be to wire something into that?
