Turnigy Lipos 5200mah 2s2p, not 2s1p?
Hey, i opened up my turnigy 2s 5200mah 30c hardcase lipos because the case came unglued. And it appears there are 4 cells inside? Is this correct, or should there only be 2?

Hmm that's odd as I have the same ones though I haven't cracked mine open

pic needed.
Have you seen a lipo pulled apart before? I bet you are just seeing folds of the individual cell and assuming its 2. Regardless, it doesn't matter if it is 1p or 2p. It all works the same. |
They do sell 2s2p 5000 hardcase packs. What is it labeled as?

I am pretty sure turnigy sells both a 2s2p and a 2s1p 5200 mah. Freeze posted the link to the 2s1p.
Makes me wonder though since the dims are awfully close, I couldn't find the 2s2p turnigy, but here is the 2s2p zippy http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...idProduct=9966. I still own one of the 4 of these Zippys. I should get some pictures for you all. It poofs like crazy, ripping apart the too plastic halves when venting. Still works though. I am going to run it to its death, like its 3 predecessors. Get us some pics muggy. |
