Who can do wheelies with their buggies?
So, here the question. Who can do wheelies with their buggy? What gearing, what motor, what ESC settings, what batteries? I can!
Losi 8E 2.0 45-15T gearing Tekin 2050kv motor MMM ESC 50% punch control motor on lowest timing Turnigy 4s (2 2s in series) 5200mah 30c hardcase lipos :surprised::surprised::surprised::surprised: |
it's relatively easy to do if you run a tight center diff. pretty much anything over 25k will make you wheelie.
i wheelie mine with 5k in my centre diff.. :)
nothing special... if it was a nitro buggy wheelie i would be impressed ;) |
Turn your punch control off and try to do it. Don't know why people even use this feature unless they only bash.
I can wheelie with my nitro buggy with a racing setup (diffs 5-4-2) :) it is all about traction. (of course modded nitro engine helps a bit)
im useing a torsion diff and if i full throtle off the line its wheels in the air for 50feet
geared 14/44 tekin 1400kv on 2600mah 6cell |
I believe I have 5k in my center diff. I was just curious, suprised me to see those wheels in the air!
I don't have a buggy... However, if I did, it would be able to wheelie! :lol:
My dog can do cool carpet wheelies, and often does rear leg burnouts when he has just dropped a deuce and wats to cover it up. Lets see your buggy drop one off at the pool.
My MBX5T will wheelie with 4s on the front street, I havent drivein my buggy yet, but I am sure it will wheelie too :whip:
