I ordered some motors from CC, but where can I find some info on this?
 

I ordered some motors on sale last weekend, and I asked Castle Creations when they might ship these. They told me "Next day" last saturday or something, and I asked for more info or tracking number or if they did indeed ship out the next day. I haven't gotten any response. I tried to email the support a couple more times, and the person who responded to the first mail. No response yet.

What's going on? Can anyone help me out here?

You should get all confirmation mails to the email you entered when you placed the order.

Be aware we have had a few problems with our online ordering system (customer database crash) and have seen a few orders get dropped by the system.
