Neu rotor replacement

My 5mm shaft snapped on my Neu motor today. Does anybody know if they cover broken rotors? Or will I have to try to buy my own, and replace it myself?

Your probably be best off contacting Neu directly, and you'll have to send it in.

May I ask how you managed to break the shaft ??

I think he has an 18 pound maxx. That could do it.
