holy frickin crap
it has snowed over 2 feet in the last 24 hours in MN. I have been trapped in my apartment building. My internet is still all wonky and i'm still killing computers left and right. I just had to update to you guys as I have been on a 14 hour r/c building binge.
Remember the PIF maxx? http://rc-monster.com/forum/showthre...light=pif+maxx Well, I am really stepping it up. This evening I: - mocked up and installed a custom center diff - got driveshafts and center diff placement spot on (two regular LST driveshafts fit perfect with a hyper 7 center diff in a 3905 maxx:yipi:) - got the template cut for the custom chassis - ordered a 3mm 12x9 piece of carbon fiber from full force r/c $58 (this truck for charity will have a CUSTOM CARBON FIBER CHASSIS AND CENTER DIFF!!!) More money I am dumping..... wish some people would help..... Yep. Hopefully I'll get my internet and computers sorted soon and get online more. I ordered a carbon fiber chassis for my upcoming e5b build ($275!) Peace brothers:intello: |

The high today was -2,, Thank god the weather man was wrong and it's 6 now. I went on a short e-bike ride and I remembered how much your hands will hurt in the cold. :eyes:
We had 60mph gusts yesterday and we got 8 inches of snow over in SD. The worst part is that the snowplow guy didn't plow in front of my mailbox. Got 'er cleaned out tho.. OCD runs in the family. :sarcastic: http://i345.photobucket.com/albums/p...h_IMG_0444.jpg http://i345.photobucket.com/albums/p...h_IMG_0446.jpg |
Wow!
WOW sorry to hear about the cold weather there guys. I tis cooling down here in Korea, but nothing near that level of chaos. We had a few flurries on Friday, but nothing to get worked up about. The temps here have been huvering in the 30's for two weeks, but who knows whats in store for us this year. Like James said I feel terrible for you guys burried in the snow. Thats really too bad. We are hopefully moving in the next month anyway, and the plan is to spend some time in Hawaii on the way. I am sure it will be a chillie 75f in Jan.:intello::yipi:
