Radio controlled lifeguard
 

I thought this was cool. I saw this on Daily Planet on the Discovery Channel yesterday. On the Oregon Coast, the Depoe bay rescuers are experiencing with a radio controlled boat that they want to use to rescue surfers in distress. I think it's the second or third segment of the show I saw yesterday. It starts with some advertisement then a segment about some RC plane that serves as target practice for the military (this is also cool), then a segment about recycling old cars and then the lifeguard boat called ''Emily''. It starts at around the 7 minute mark of the video.

I saw this is some magazine the other day and also thought it looked very cool.
