LAUSD School Shooting... Cop shoots himself?
Not sure if you've guys heard about this yet..
But El Camino Real is the HS I attend.. I was stuck in my bipolar Spanish class (honestly, wouldn't be surprised if she really was bipolar, or insane.. She's that bad), for over 6 hours. Some people even had to use the trashcan to go to the bathroom.. Later, when we were finally released, had to get escorted home (live a half a block away from the "crime scene")... Parent's didn't get home til midinight... Oh, did I mention, we had a second lockdown exactly a week later, because there was a student/man suspected of having a gun on him on campus... Just a few articles: http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la...648,full.story http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lano...urce-says.html http://www.dailynews.com/breakingnews/ci_17232129 Cliffnotes: Google "El Camino Real Shooting" or "Stenroos" and you'll see at LEAST one article or more regarding the "school shooting" which happened like, 2ft from the school sidewalk. Anyways, what apparently happened was that somebody was suspicious, most likely car-jacking, when Officer Stenroos, 8 year veteran, approached the man and was then shot, suspect taking off.. A nearby resident later saw the Officer on the ground and then radio'd in for help using Stenroo's radio. Within seconds, over 300 officers and multiple law enforcement departments (including the FBI! :surprised:) swarmed the school, and shut everything down within a 7-mile radius, locking down over 9,000 students, and over 9 schools.. About a week later, Stenroos was arrested for filing a false report, and had made the entire thing up (including a freaking sketch..) and shot himself... |

Anyways, sorry to hear you were detained with that crazy mamacita. Where did the other students go to drop one in the can? Makeshift curtain or did you get to see a skin chandelier or two? Did they use the spanish textbook to wipe? Sorry had to ask. Sounds like you guys have alot of cops and such there that are at a loose end. Not real busy for crime? |

Yeah, anytime you come down to SoCal at my school, I'll introduce you to her. And give you plenty of latex... Uh, they put a trashcan in the toilet.. and used peoples poster projects to cover up.. Funny part of all this? There was a shooting the day before at Gardena High (dumb kid brought a gun to school, dropped his backpack, and it went off, went through a kids neck and into a girls head... Both survived), and a shooting literally, what, 3 hours later at Bell High (student->student at a fast food joint).. And it was our school that blew up in the news, because the other places, this stuff happens everyday... |
Accidental shootings always piss me off the most. Being clumsy and handling a gun just does not go together. And it gives the liberal posers another reason to "ban guns to keep us safe"...
Oh well. It always suprises me how many people survive shootings. I guess most people doing the shooting are not on my skill level!!! |
All teachers and school staff should be armed. Especially those liberals who would never consider using it (that changes real quick when some kid is killing people).
I don't think there would be as many shootings if the perp knew people would be shooting back. |
wow. There were only 3000 in my entire hometown. There were 150 in my graduating class and I could call them all by their first and last name.
The FFA club (Future Farmers of America) had a drive your tractor to school day. In 6th grade I brought my .22 rifle with me to school on the bus because I had gun training after school. I only had gun training to hunt legally, I knew proper gun handling since I was like 8. There are too many people in the world. Like cockroaches. We need a good plague but modern medicine keeps saving lives (says the guy in the wheelchair paralyzed nipples down). Aids was a good one, then Magic Johnson had to get it and away it went. Crazy world we live in. |
I got suspended for 2 days for having a paintball gun in my locker, all tore apart... Was fixing it for a retarted friend who tore it apart....
