RD logics on UE diffs

will RD logics fit with UE diffs?

RC-Monster Mike 03.13.2005 09:53 AM

No, they won't. I also carry MIP cvds for those who run the 1/8 diffs.

Superemaxx89 03.13.2005 11:15 AM

darn, cause i just bought 2 NIB pairs for $54, $62 with shipping!

RC-Monster Mike 03.13.2005 11:27 AM

That sucks. Maybe you can sell them as long as they are still NIB.

So why did RD logic make their diff cups so much longer than normal (3.5mm)?

RC-Monster Mike 03.14.2005 07:19 AM

No Idea. The RDLogics CVDS and the Dynamite CVDS have slightly shorter bones and longer drivecups than the MIP or UE. My guess is they are using the same drive cup as the XTM or Dynamite so they chose to use it with their own dogbone (RD dogbone is quite beefy vs. the Dynamite or XTM). Probably to get the price lower. The RDLocics CVDS are a great bargain, but can't be used with 1/8 diffs.
