Fly Sky FS-GT3B multiple model memory not working

I just got a gt3b for my two e-maxx trucks. Fly Sky & hobbypartz both say it has a 10 model memory so I thought cool and I ordered one off hobbypartz and 2 extra RX's. I binded both RX's to the TX that was easy, once I found a manual(The manual / VRC disk was not in the box).

Here is my Issue when I switch it from model 0 to model 1 to put my settings in for my 2nd truck it changes the setting for truck one to truck 2's settings what gives? All I want is for the two trucks to have different CH.1 trims and endpoints but all ten models(0-9) change to the same thing. Anyone else have this system.

I guess I got what I paid for.... cheap junk :grrrrrr:

I dont have one but I kinda wanted one untill i read this thread over on rctech. Seems its a really touchy unit, and the backlight kinda sucks. http://www.rctech.net/forum/radio-el...ansmitter.html

Ahhhh Haaaaaa I got it, after you change your model you have to turn the TX off then back on and then it will bring the right settings up.

I have one coming in tomorrow, thanks for the info. I plan to get my rx off HK/HC as they are so cheap.

If it works fine I will be selling off alot of spektrum stuff...

I actually prefer this over my DX3S..MAINLY due to the horrible range I get from the Dx3s..I get atleast 300+ more feet in range with this radio, or even with my stock trx 2.4ghz radio...

ONLY negative I find atm is it uses 8 AA batteries...but I'm going to switch it out to a 2200mah 8c 11.1v lipo that'll fit right in :D
