Well I think itīs about time that I post my revo build here at rc-monster to so all of you that donīt hang out in the traxxas forum also can se the beuty:lol:

I wonīt post everything here just some teaser pics, If you want to see the whole process look at:

http://traxxas.com/forums/showthread...project./page1

In november 2009 I bought a used ( but nearly brand new) brushed E-revo with a novak 4.5 system in it and I have since then transformed it to a bash truck.

There has been many steps and fails trough the whole process and I think I have tried ALL the bolt on drivetrain solutions available with all the different ways of shimming diffs and making the driveshafts hold up.

And I have spent many many hours of making custom stuff and making them fit the truck, and now the work have payed off and Iīm very pleased with the truck:yes:.

The truck has custom made battery mounts, first I made them overkill durable out of pure steel, but then I redid it and used som plastic parts instead to get it lighter.

It has a complete 1/8 "mistercrash inspired" drivetrain.

And ofcourse it has all the regular houps as rpm arms, alu parts here and there and all the other stuff that is needed. There is a small list of parts that will be bought soon enough to complete it, it contains:

*Rpm knuckles with steel rings for the front ( the stockers split in half..)
*The mount that the servosaver sits on in alu.
*Aluminium rockers.
*1/8 23mm hubs instead of my drilled ones.
*Titanium hingepins.
*And a fullskid like this:

So your changing over to the E chassie? I like your summit body, I will use it too if I ever build another e-revo.

No, haha I posted the pictures in the wrong order... I wish I could re do it ;).

No more e-chassis for me, it just wonīt last....
Yeah and the best part is, it can take A TON of abuse, I have done so many crash landings on the body know and it just has a few small cracks in it ( the exocage is fine ) a other body would be in small pieces by now :)
