help please....

anybody have suggestions for hop-ups for my nitro rustler here is some pics. click on the one fuzzed out also it shows it clear when you click on it.www.rcpics.net/member/nrustler3 and are these good arms? for racing and bashing.

Some guys run the flm stuff. I have them but have not got a chance to run them.
