Puffed Lipo?

I bought two new Turnigy 6s 30c 3600mah lipos. They arrived, and on one of the packs, the top cell is slightly puffed, maybe 1mm or 2mm. I charged both up fine, and both packs have all the cells read 4.19volts. On the good pack, the cells are hard. On the puffed one, the puffed cell is slightly soft, and I can push in the foil a bit, but it does sort of pop back. Is it possible they didn't fill it enough? Think it's ok? I ran them both for a few minutes and they run the same. Afterwards all the cells were 4.10 volts. It didn't swell or anything.

I mean, I'm not quite exactly sure it's even puffed. The cell isn't really swelling, but I can push it in a bit, but then it gets hard like the other cells. It's like there is the hard cell, and then some fluid and the the foil wrap stuff, which is a little big or something. It's not like it looks like it's going to burst or anything.

Cost of the pack versus the rest of your ride?

If your concerned enough to post about it, save yourself the sleep and replace it.
Guys have had luck emailing photo's with the batt and the reciept togeather to customer service...

One of my packs had stiffer shrink wrap on it, and it would pull away from the pack, but the cell wasn't puffed (you know what I mean? like wraping a zip tie around something square, it bows in the middle).
Give it some careful scrutiny to see if it's in the lipo cell itself of just the pack wrapping.

if it charges and stays balanced (as it seems it does) I would run it.

You can only damage them by over charging or over discharging, which are unlikely with LVC's and smart chargers.

that battery either has "loose" shrinkwrap or it is what i like to call spongy. turnigy lipos have a tendency to do this, but it doesn't affect performance. i have a 4s 5000mah 20c pack that has been spongy since the 4th cycle and i am around cycle #100 and the sponginess has only gotten slightly worse. it still performs great though.
