I am trading for a Revo Platinum roller with a tekno conversion.. I was trying to use parts that I had and wondered if this would work.. I have a spare 2650 and a Mamba Max, running it on 3s do you think it would over work the ESC? It's not going to be blazing fast but should be fun to drive.. I was going to get the GF drive it and keep her away from my MBC6 and MBX6T :intello:

If the ESC will arm with 4s, use that, use an external BEC, and gear down for ~30mph and it should be ok. Maybe add some punch control on the ESC to help tame the burst currents too.

That started out as a nitro? Wow the only thing that keeps me from going this route is the cost. As I look around I see that it cost more to change it over then it would cost for a really good nitro motor..

Yes definitely more expensive your better off selling the nitro revo and put that money towards the brushless version. I just got tired of my truck stalling and messy now it's plug and play way faster than nitro lol see ya! I don't see u in my rear view gone lol!!
