Large foam tires?

HI!... Anyone know of a company that makes a large foam tire that can handle 70MPH + speeds? I need a tire at least 100mm (4") tall and at least 1-3/4 wide. This would be for a 1/8 scale car. If so can you please provide a link or pics?

Ofna foams? I've had mine to at least 70, and, according to TH, they're 4.1 diameter and 1.6 wide.
