Venom Lipos

I need to replace my 4s lipo and was thinking of using the Venom 40 or 50c 5000mah lipo. Anyone have experience with these? my LHS swears by them, but I know with my Genesis setup I need a REALLY good battery.

Your lhs should be burning to the ground right about.......now, due to those venom lipos self destructing on the shelf. Steer clear from anything with the Venom name.

For that price, I would recommend Hyperion Ex or VX packs- www.allerc.com

This is the CEN Genesis you're talking about, right? What setup are you running on 4s in that truck? Or, are you running 2x for 8s total?

It's a 2200kv mmm with a custom mount center diff 66t spur and 12t pinion
