RCM 2011 Bash
 

Hey guys. I think the date has changed for the Annual RCM Bash...originally it was Aug 27th but I've read it changed to Sept 3rd...does anyone know for sure? I wonder if RCM himself can give us an update...

Bash Date Change
 

Hey guys, Mike was at Station 2 yesterday. The date has been changed to sept. 3rd. There are other races going on the 27th so we moved it back 1 week. While I am here let me let everyone know thatStation 2 is racing on sunday the 4th. That will be a regular raceday for us. As we have done in the past we are planning to make a whole weekend of it. On saturday we will host the RCM 2011 BASH, we will campout that night in the field behind the track, big campfire to hang out around, music and an all around good time. Then sunday morning we run a regular raceday schedule. Hopefully a bunch of out of towners and locals will decide to make a weekend out of this. Any info needed give me a call 845-820-1329. Looking forward to seeing you and the whole Station 2 crew again. It was a great race last year. Thanks for confirming the date change, I've put it on my calendar.

See if you can get people to stay overnight. It will be a great time and then race again sunday.

A few years ago I loved the idea of two-day events. Now days, with the kids, family, job and whatnot I'll take a one-day run and gun over a two day marathon any day. I will let the rest of the crew from Pin Shop know that you guys have a separate race on Sunday but unfortunately I'm only able to race Saturday...

Chris, the layout is very similiar to that pic. Jumps and stuff have been moved. Still a good crossover track for all classes. We will put on an awesome show. I look forward to the campout and race the next day too.
