Mod1 8mm bore pinions?
 

Found a place in the uk that sells them but they are a little pricey. Any other options out there?

Kershaw designs sell some. Looks like only a few sizes though, but might be worth a look.

Yeah i seen those dont think stainless steel will hold up though

I think you could contact Mike (rc-monster) and ask him to machine you one. He used to have a nice collection of mod1 bars, he can cut them in your specific length/bore
