MMM V2 swap out??

Does anyone know if castle is still honoring MMM V2 swaps for the newest version?? I emailed 2 weeks ago and no reply...

Since its life time Bash it till it breaks! Once you get the newest version its only 1 year.

Well, my V2 went up in a ball of fire yesterday after 30 sec of running...nearly burnt down my e-muggy!!! Off to Castle, hopefully they replace it no questions asked...there's not much left of it!!!
