Traxxas Stampede 1/12 - 4x4 Monstertruck
 

Well not so much custom as i want but it is one of a kind.

Had a NIB 1/10 Stampede 4x4 at home, and nothing to do, so with dremel, sandpaper,CA glue and Carbonfiber you get this...
