1/8 esc
Can it handle two Airtronics 94773s or should I opt for the BEC?
|
Seems to be handling it just fine!

I take it you are talking about the MMM? Two of those servos I would say are right at the limit of the MMM's BEC. The CC 10amp BEC would be plenty for those 2 servos however.

Get a cc bec

I guess its the MMM. I wasnt sure and I thought Castle only makes one ESC. I didnt want to label it incorrectly. I know its a Mamba Monster but, why do you call it MMM?
It seems to be handling the load quite well right now, I dont see a need to install a BEC. The steering in my E-Maxx is dead on  On a side note, is it normal for digital servos to buzz? Only while sitting still... they still turn the wheels with brute force and speed. My end points are adjusted properly too. |
Castle makes many ESCs; several for each of boats, aircraft, and some ground vehicles. Go to castlecreations.com to see the lineup.

I posted under general discussion. Maybe I should move it to the maxx section?
I will have to do that.. Ill unhook one servo, turn the truck upside down and turn the radio on. Ill adjust the link until it lines up with the servo horn. The motor is warm to the tuch and I dont really know if the truck is under geared or not.. I dont have many more options for gearing in 32p, or at least, I havent seen them yet. I thought about running a revo spur/pinion but the revos spur is too small. |
