LST2 Questions
 

First, does anyone know where to get a painted body for the LST2? It seems they are all discontinued. Painting and cutting bodies is really not something I've ever been good at.

Second, My brushless LST2 as mentioned on the Losi conversion thread needs some parts to make it perform like it should but it seems these things are end of life. Is it really worth getting the parts or should I just look into a newer brushless truck like the mt4 g3 or cen gst E?

found one here. ebay is always a good source of hard to find or discontinued parts as well.

yea, I had seen that one although thats not an lst2 body, but thats what i'm talking about, the bodies are discontinued so it seems LST2 is coming to end of life.

I think the LST XXL took over for the LST2. It's just a longer version of the LST2 without the Alum shocks and has a regeared trans.

I bought a roller and converted it to a single center diff with a custom motor mount. Very stout truck.

are you guys using 17mm wheels? doesn't seem like you can get 23mm wheels anymore and not a lot of tire choices in 20mm.
