Here is my new Gorillamaxx G4 Chassis...

This thing is either Brand-New or has just been mounted but never run, because it is in like-new (as-new) condition:
What do you guys think I should do for bulkheads or vbs, suspension, transmission or center-diff, custom-pieces, and/or anything else you can think of?
I want this build to be different, and not like any other G4 build, or any build for that matter!

What do you guys think?

Now all I need for it are those Custom-Made Chassis-Braces and Custom-Made Battery-Trays...are there any more available? If so, PLEASE PM me!!!

Man I can't wait to start building this thing...

I have a GMaxx single speed with a Strobe Spronge.
I even have a GMaxx single motor, motor mount for it.
pm me your email address and I'll send you a couple pics.

What are you going to use for your suspension, ie. arms?
RacerX?
And why not GMaxx shock towers instead DUH's?
Might be easier to find.

My email address is [in PM] so please send me pictures and prices for everything, I will greatly appreciate it!

It will have VBS, but I haven't decided between Racer-X with the original thin Setback arms & thin Hi-Impact arms or Widetrack with 16mm UE Widetrack Knuckles...I just don't know yet! I do know that I am going to build it with all of the rarest of the rare parts & pieces!

Definitely needs a mono block.

Gorillamaxx arms and towers would be the shit.

It's all been done, it's hard to stand out without custom anodizing.

You gotta think of your end game. What motor and esc will power it? If it's castle maybe green anodizing. The new Tekin motors are all black, maybe black out everything?

We really haven't seen a twin motor build. A gorillamaxx tranny with twin 1717's hanging off it would be pretty cool. The black ones from the xo-1?

Rims are tight. Can't beat spi racing wheels.

Oh, and have fun!:yipi:

Daydreaming again Harold!? I suppose that's a small portion of rc:lol::sarcastic:

I have just ordered a set of Aluminum G4 Battery Trays, now all I need is a set of Custom Aluminum G4 Chassis Braces (Someone PLEASE sell me some Aluminum G4 Chassis Braces, heh)!

Kcaz25 09.23.2013 06:14 PM

You want short shock towers then go with Mike's new product, you can see it on the store front. I've never see it on a truck, so its unique. I'm sure its 6061 t6. No need to build all these trucks though.

Chadworkz 09.23.2013 06:31 PM

Why not build all of the trucks I have listed chassis for?

jayjay283 05.02.2014 10:00 PM

did you get the g4 chassis braces chad ?

swiftneed 05.07.2014 07:56 PM

aluminum battery trays?? Are you getting those custom made?

DarkSammy 05.07.2014 11:59 PM

Trays mentioned above are custom made. By a group called CentralleMaxx RC. Aluminum and delrin trays were made, not sure how many od each, but pretty sure all Aluminum are now sold, with none being made for the future.

Arct1k 05.08.2014 09:46 AM

Mike has a pattern for plastic gmaxx trays

swiftneed 09.23.2015 10:16 PM

Was never able to get my hand on any of these braces, if anyone has extras to sell hit me up . Thanks
