castle polarized connectors

Does anyone use them? Is it just me or do you need HE-MAN strength to get them apart? Hopefully they get looser with time. Anyone else have the same problem?

Sorry, never used them. Tried XT90 though, they were also almost impossible to get apart. Now I'm using EC5 connectors, they are okay.

You must have missed the fine print on the package where it says "Kung-Fu grip required."

try some dielectric grease

I use them and like them. I pull the connector and the wires at the same time and haven't had an issue. But yes there a little tough.

I have tried them and really dont like to solder them. I think i will stick to regular 6.5mm connectors. I might try again when i get bored and see how i go

Use a weller soldering gun not a pencil. I think mine is like 300 watts of something. The soldier just flows rite into the bucket once it gets hot. Also get the gun really hot before you even try it.
