Not sure if Castle ever looks at this site anymore.. but

I need a little info on a motor. In April i bought an Arrma Big Rock 3s V3 version. I have run it less than 15 times (never in wet) and the front motor bearing has blown out, I am currently trying to get it warrantied, but if i can't, I'm looking at the 1412 1y as a replacement for it.
My issue with it is the stock pinion shaft size is 5mm, where the castle site shows the 1412 1y as having a 3.175 shaft (1/8"). If the castle guys are still lurking, Can the 1412 1y be ordered with a 5mm pinion shaft?
I'm not worried about the overall strength of the 1/8" shaft, I am more than certain that it'll be plenty strong enough. But if I don't need to buy a new pinion, I'd rather not.

Thank you for any info you can share

If the rotor is not available this might work?

Does the motor have damage?
Can't you just replace the bearing?

I don't have a problem with 1/8" shafts i never had one ever break and I have owned many older castle motors( mostly 1/10 but they were good). I do not doubt the strength, i just didn't want to have to get a new pinion unless i needed to. I never liked adapters. rather get a proper pinion. But thank you for the link
