Whats a decent ESC for a 9XL on 6s?
 

Ya as the title says I am planning on running a 9XL 6s lipo in my BL terra crusher. But I hear mixed reviews on the 9920, but it is right in my price range. I can spend maybe up to $300 on a system. Want a reliable system that wont fry up, over heat, and ease to use. I was looking at the quark 125 but wow the price is too high for me. Any ideas on an ESC that will handle this setup?

Your motor isn't very hot.

You could go with a 9920, 12020 or a quark 125 (last one doesn't need an additional low voltage cut-off)

Alright cool, thats good to hear I was afraid i'd be pushing the limites on it. BTW what gear do you guys run w/ this motor or recommend to start? I am using the stock spur and slipper for now so not using mod1 pinions.

Well, start stocking up your slippers!
A mod 1 spur is needed for sure!
